SMOKING
I am including smoking in this section of ailments because so many people have asked me if there is anything that can be done to help an addicted smoker to lose his taste for cigarettes.
In my experience, there is a 100 percent effective way of breaking the habit of smoking, drinking alcohol or coffee, or using addictive drugs.
Tobacco-, alcohol-, coffee- or drug-addict’s “craving” is brought about by a certain physiological body dependence on the poison which develops during prolonged use. The addict’s blood poison level must remain high at all times. As it drops down, he feels “desire” to light another cigarette, or drink another cup of coffee, to bring the toxic level up again.
